This morning and as an echo this evening, I said that God lived us enough to send His only SON as a ransom for our sins, I had no clue that this was where my night Devotion would come from but combining my thoughts of inspiration tonight, my Bible partners state, “The Love of God is expressed through Jesus Christ because through Jesus Christ we received redemption, reconciliation, and salvation that we did not deserve. That is the epitome of God’s Love. That He did everything for us when we didn’t deserve it, just because He loved us and nothing else.”
While God offers men redemption, reconciliation, and salvation why is it so difficult for men who were created in the image of God to offer the same?
We have the Cain and Abel syndrome, we have the Judas syndrome, and we have the Jews verse the Gentiles syndrome. Everything happening now happened in the old testament and is as ancient as time. One would think with all of the intellect throughout the world we would learn to live together, to forgive one another as God has forgiven us and to deal honestly with each other, and to appreciate the goodness of God, especially in America, the proverbial land of milk and honey.
Thank You Jesus that you are not like a man.
Night Prayer!!
Heavenly Father, help me to appreciate Your love for me,
May I always offer praises and prayers of Thanksgiving to You.
Your twin Grace and mercy have not failed me and As my Prayer warrior says, “My heart will always rejoice when I think of your love and the Grace you have gifted me with. It is because of your Son, Jesus Christ, I am free from the power of sin and death. I no longer have to fear death and destruction or the threats of the enemy because I am resting and hidden in Christ.”
Lord, I thank You that today was a peaceful day and You did not allow satan to reap havoc in New York. Again, you proved that Your righteousness supersedes any problem satan dreams up, and for that, I say thank you.
As I prepare to rest in the comfort of my home Lord, I ask that You keep my mind and my body and soul clear for You to use and should You see fit to wake me in the morning, I know that You are with me.
I pray these and all things humbly before you in Jesus’ mighty name, I pray. Amen, Amen, and Amen.
