Good morning, Facebook Family.
Normally, I post a scripture that is sent to me daily, and then I expound on it and pray. Today is different. Throughout the night God dealt with me. He gave me this scripture this morning from 2 Thessalonians 2:9 KJV.
This message is to encourage His children.
We as Christ loving, Christ serving people, we have to stay fasted up, prayed up, and be ever vigilant in our faith walk. We must remember that we may be saved but we are human. We must be mindful that Satan is on his job 24/7 and he will kill us if he can. Paul warns us to be not soon shaken in our faith by word, letter, nor deed. Why? Thank you for asking. Satan will sneak attack us catch us off guard and give us a heart attack if we are not watchful and prayerful.
When I received the message that my little cousin was on life support and they were pulling the plug, he was bleeding from his eyes….Jesus said, do not fret. I inquired again and he was non-responsive. God said to me, I am God, I have the final say. Did you forget that my saints have the promise, that promise fall to the children, their children, etc.
I listened attentively to my cousin-sister and I said to her God is in control.
At that time I did not impart what God was saying to me, I listened.
I prayed for her and God said again, this battle is mine.
God said anoint your self, sit quiet and hear from Heaven.
My rational brain begin to kick in, God said the bleeding from the eyes did not happen. That is why you cannot fall apart when you get calls, you could have a heart attack and die and the situation has not been handled by me. I am not a man that I should lie.
Right after the Lord told me that, my sister-cousin called me back crying upset naturally, that is her son. She said “cuz, I cannot concentrate, I am leaving work, my boss sent me home. As I was driving the doctor called and said, something, my brain shut down after…I need you to talk to them for me, I just cannot grasp… I prayed, hung up the phone. I went into my garage, picked up a hammer and begin to hit on a 2 by 4 out there. My husband came out and just observed as I relieved the tension. After a while of me refocusing, Jesus said now call the doctor.
I called the doctor. The nurse said he would have the doctor call me back. Again, Jesus said this is my battle.
Finally, the doctor called. He said we are doing everything we can to save him but it does not look promising.
I said to him, before I knew it Doctor, this battle belongs to God.
He paused and then said, I am happy that …has you. He said I am going full throttle to save him, in fact he is in a surgery right now.

Throughout the night he had three surgeries and he survived them all. God said it, I believe it and that is settles it.
God will give your seed time to repent, time to work out soul salvation through His Grace and Mercy. All night, I waited for any call from the hospital, no call. God said again this battle is mine. I felt this sense of peace come over me. I do not know what the end will be but I am confident that God will do what is best for my young cousin and God will get the glory.
Moral of this story is to trust in the Lord with all of your heart. Trust His process.
God has this my cousin, God has this and we will praise Him even when it looks bad.
Parents never give up on your children, keep them before God. If you know in your heart you taught them right, know that when trouble comes, they too can be safe in the bosom of Jesus.
I accept your Will Lord and I will let my light shine for my cousin.
