I am neither Democrat nor Republican. I am human.

I am a professed Christian. Because I believe your sexual preference was ordained by God, I am offended that someone would send me something honoring Pride Month. I had to be told what Pride month meant. I was minding my own business. I have many friends, good people who practice as gay or lesbian. That is their personal business. I have no right to judge anyone. As a person, God gives us a choice to live as we choose. What I do have a problem with is being bombarded with Pride materials.

The minute you seek to impose your beliefs on me, you have stepped out of your rights into infringing on my belief system.

I am not gay or lesbian bashing, let me be clear. I am saying neither myself, nor the government, has the right to interfere with someone’s sexual choice. It should not be a political issue, just as a woman’s right to abort or not should not be political. The problem comes when these people have to go public with their choices because we evangelicas, we who supposed to be (Christ-like) Impose our faith and value system on others. As an avid Bible reader, I find nowhere in the scriptures where Jesus whom we follow imposed His will on anyone. He gave rules. He gave choice. So why does the Christians and government exploit these things?

We are hypocrites. The same Bible you use to judge others by gives us a commandment, that we should not lie. As Evangelicals, We lie, We commit adultery, but we condemn those who do things that affect them personally. They have a better chance of seeing Jesus than any of us. Why? Thank you for asking. They break no commandments, while we hypocrites do? Moral issues will be dealt with by God, not man. The Bible states, “A liar will not tarry in God’s presence.” That is written for all of us to see.

MY point, Thanks for waiting. We have harped on this moral stuff for so long, people have had to come out publicly with their expressions of love for same sexes. We have harped on Abortion for so long that it is a nuisance to me as well.

I speak for myself when I say the only thing that provokes me is public expressions of affection that should be private. Whether the actions are done by a woman and a man, two women, or two men, it is inappropriate to me. Sex, love making or whatever you call it should be a private action. Whether in movies, news, or whatever, keep your love making life private. It is confusing to our children. It is unappealing to me.

I love everybody. God made all vessels, some to honor and some to dishonor, but all belong to Him.
I choose not to watch someone publicly displaying sexual affections. Note: I said publicly. We have inalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. If people want respect, they must first give respect and live respectfully.

I ask that Facebook, all other adds not send me anything on “pride” I ask that no friend of mine send me no pictures of naked bodies, I ask that all of my gay and lesbian friends understand that I love you, I respect you, this post is not to attack you, it is merely to say, I do not like public displays of affection no matter who is doing it. A kiss is a kiss, anything other than that is repulsive to me as a human.

Ps: Do not show me or send me any gross pictures of body parts, blood, or animal parts either.
